Skin consultation and personalised skincare plan at Harley Street

A GP-led skin assessment and a written plan for your skin concerns: what to use at home, and which treatments, if any, will help.

What it is

A one-to-one consultation focused on your skin. I look at your skin, your current routine and products, and things that affect skin, such as hormones, sleep, stress and medical history. Afterwards you receive a written, personalised plan: a simple morning and evening routine, which ingredients to use and avoid, and whether in-clinic treatment would help, with a realistic timeline.

Brands I use

Your plan uses medical-grade skincare from Obagi, Skinbetter Science and Epicutis, chosen for your skin, alongside in-clinic treatments such as peels, microneedling and skin boosters where helpful. I'm an Obagi ambassador, and I'll only ever recommend products that suit your skin.

Concerns I can help with

Pigmentation and uneven tone, acne scars, breakouts and acne-prone skin, redness and sensitive skin, fine lines and ageing skin, texture and enlarged pores, dull or dehydrated skin, and dark circles.

Who it may suit

  • You're not sure which products or treatments are right for your skin
  • Your routine has too many products, or none is working
  • You want a clear plan before spending money on treatments
  • You'd like one plan that combines skincare and in-clinic treatment

Part of the 360° Approach

I'll consider this treatment as part of a plan for your whole face, so it's balanced with everything else and you only have what you need.

Risks and aftercare

The consultation itself carries no risk. New skincare can occasionally irritate, so I'll show you how to introduce products gradually and what to do if your skin reacts.

Questions

Do I have to buy products from you?

No. Your plan explains exactly what to use and why. You can buy recommended products from me or elsewhere.

Is it painful?

Most people find it very manageable. Numbing cream or anaesthetic is used where suitable.

Can I have treatment on the day of my consultation?

Usually you'll have time to think about your plan first. If you've already had full information and want to go ahead, we can discuss it.

Who can't have this treatment?

It isn't suitable in pregnancy or breastfeeding, for under-18s, or with some medical conditions and medicines. I check this at consultation.
